This video summarises the progress of the SUNRISE action neighbourhood of Hulsberg in Bremen, Germany. Since the parking concept of the entire neighbourhood has been altered to foster traffic flows and accessibility for people with disabilities, parents with prams and for vehicles of the fire brigade and the trash collectors, many citizen groups voiced criticism, whereas others have supported the project. The result is a lively debate, which is shown in this video. The lessons learned from the Hulsberg quarter will be transferred to other neighbourhoods of the German Hanseatic City.
